The staff retreat held in April 2026 at Flamingo Resort was organized with the objective of strengthening teamwork, enhancing staff motivation, and promoting professional growth among all members of staff. The retreat provided an opportunity for staff to step away from their daily routines and engage in activities that encouraged collaboration, reflection, and strategic planning.

The retreat theme, “United for Boundless Excellence,” emphasized the importance of unity, commitment, and collective responsibility in achieving the institution’s goals and maintaining high standards of performance.

Teacher’s trip 2022 31st March to 3rd April was a period of retreat to reflect,refresh and review our progress at Southern Palms Hotel in Kwale County. What a moment of refreshement it was! Teacher’s trip 2020. On the 21st of February   the Staff of St. Jude Catholic Pre-primary and Primary School had the pleasure of enjoying a very relaxing and rejuvenating time at the Coast where they were hosted at Nyali Sun Africa Mombasa. The trip was organized by the Board of Management as a way of bringing close the bond between the members of staff as well as creating time to unwind and feel revitalized. They engaged in various team building activities while enjoying the beach view. They also had an engaging and eye -opening talk from our board member and Education Secretary Fr.Francis Kiarie who encouraged each of us to be our best. Present were also Fr.Simon Ng’ang’a the Board Chairman and Sister Wilma the head teacher. The teachers were also treated to very tantalizing meals and great hospitality during their stay at the Hotel. The 3-day trip came to an end on the 23rd of February.
