DESCRIPTION:Our 2024 Daycare registration is here with us.  \nThis is an opportunity for your child to get the best holistic foundation full of Christian values in a serene environment. For this to be achieved\, you have to first register by coming to school\, Monday to Friday\, anytime between 8 am and 4 pm. Come with the child’s copy of birth certificate or notification. The commitment fee of Ksh.500 is charged during this process. \nThe registration deadline is on Friday\, 29th September 2023. \nThereafter\, the already registered prospects will go through an orientation process into two tiers. The tiers are based on first come first to be served basis. The first tier will have their interviews on Saturday 30th September with the second tier having theirs on Saturday\, 7th October 2023. All the interviews and orientation times will be given on registration. \nThe school does not charge any extra amount unless officially communicated. In case of anyone soliciting for money for registration or admission\, report the case immediately to the Management through the number 011-5161-382. \nLooking forward to seeing your child being part of our big family.

As tricky as it may be to comprehend\, Class 8 and Grade Four will be sitting for their end of term three exams with the former starting their KCPE 2021 on Monday 22nd March 2021. The rest of the classes will be sitting for the second term exams. \nOur students from pre-school to class Seven will sit for CaPEIA Exams that will run from 8th March-12th March 2021. The exam schedule is as follows: \n\n\n\n\nLevel\n\n\nDate\n\n\n\nGrade 1- 4\nMonday 8th – Friday 12th March 2021\n\n\nClass 5-7\nTuesday 9th -Friday 12th March 2021\n\n\n\n  \nThe Pre-school schedule will be sent as soon as possible through the class Whatsapp groups. \nIn the just-concluded Kasarani/Embakasi Cluster exams (17th-19th February 2021) our class Seven emerged top of the cluster with class Eight scooping position two overall. \nWe wish to extend our gratitude to you for supporting US through. SUMMARY:ST. JOHN OF THE CROSS WRITES AT THE CROSS' SUMMIT IN THE ANNUAL SPORTS DAY!
DESCRIPTION:St. John of the Cross it is! The house named after the great Saint who loved writings emerged top of the summit in a well-deserved win that saw houses going head-on in their bid to carry the bragging rights.  \nThe annual ST. Jude Catholic Primary School sports day was a success with its celebrations being marked in the new norm during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Regional Superior East African Region\, Sr Maria Deepthi A.C\, graced the event. She was flanked by Sisters from the  Carmelite congregation  in an event that was officially declared open by her taking a penalty shoot. \nThe band\, scouts and St. John’s Ambulance under the leadership of Tr. Emmanuel and Tr. Anne Ngugi led the school in a splendorous opening ceremony as they led the houses\, St. John of the Cross\, Mother Veronica\, St. Teresa of Avilla and St. Therese of Child Jesus in marching parade. The chief quest\, Sr. Maria Deepthi A.C \, in her speech implored the young ones to use their talents in a way that is constructing to solve the world problems. \nThe day’s flurry of activities saw each team eager to win in every event of the day. The activities were made up of creative activities\, sports events\, field and track events in addition to other athletics.  \nThe event ended at around 5 pm\, saw St. John of the Cross winning the overall trophy. Mother Veronica was named the most disciplined house with St. Teresa of Avilla emerging as the best cheering house. St. Therese of Child Jesus was the first runners up missing the top position by a whisker. \nDuring the awarding ceremony\, The headteacher thanked all the teachers led by the organizer of the event\, Tr. Kasili\, for a wonderful event that was her first one to celebrate at SJPS. True to her words\, she awarded all the houses for great participation in the event. She urged the houses to keep and extend the positive completion seen in the field in classes and in life. \nThis was the 11th  sports event since the inception of St. Jude Catholic Pre-primary and Primary school. The event is celebrated every two years in an alternating form with the Cultural event. The next 12th sports day will be held in 2023.

DESCRIPTION:The Second Cluster Exams since the schools were partially reopened will be happening in the 2nd week of December.
