D.C.P.S takes a holistic approach in developing the learner’s potential abilities in class and outdoor activities.

The pupils are able to learn and participate in different activities after the classroom learning sessions. Different games and club activities include: basketball, swimming, tennis, handball, athletics, football, taekwondo, aerobics, scouts, music, art and drama club. This makes the pupils take life at a positive angle as the activities have different themes in them.

The pupils have actively engaged in games at cluster levels. In swimming gala, we emerged champions bagging several medals in different categories. Pupils were also actively involved in music festivals and presented folk dances, poems, solo singing, choir mashairi, singing game and folk songs, which saw us clinching coveted trophies in various categories.

The ultimate objective of the games, sports and clubs is to ensure that the pupils explore and learn various activities consequently developing their talents. They learn different life skills and are able to interact with others helping them develop good interpersonal skills. They also inculcate team- work, determination and confidence.

Students are taught the skills and techniques to play the following:

• Swimming
• Volleyball

• Table tennis
